Refund Policy

• All plans include a 14-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends.
• Cancel anytime — your subscription ends at the current billing period.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of your first charge.
• No refunds for partial billing periods after the 7-day window.

1. Free Trial

Tadawol.AI offers a 14-day free trial for all new users. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial period, your selected plan will be billed automatically unless cancelled.

2. Subscription Billing

Tadawol.AI subscriptions are billed monthly. Subscription fees: • Basic Plan: $29.00 / month • Pro Plan: $99.00 / month All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or via support@tadawol.ai. Upon cancellation: • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. • You will not be charged for the following period. • Your account remains in Free plan mode after cancellation.

4. Refund Eligibility

✅ Eligible for a full refund: • Request within 7 days of your first paid charge. • Auto-execution and DCA features not used during that period. ❌ Not eligible: • Requests after 7 days. • Partial refunds for unused days. • Accounts that placed automated trades. • Requests after a second billing cycle. 5. Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical issue or billing error on our part, contact us at billing@tadawol.ai and we will review individually.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Service Changes

If we discontinue Tadawol.AI or reduce core features, we will notify users 30 days in advance and provide a pro-rated refund.
